AHA2115 is wax-free, non-reactive and synthetic resin based matting agent designed for hybrid powder coating capable of providing the lowest 5% of gloss.

Application
AHA2115 is recommended as matting agent used in hybrid powders to provide the lowest＜5% of gloss. It features suitable to standard curing conditions and any typical polyester such as 50/50, 60/40 and 70/30, but 50/50 typical polyester specially recommended. And also excellent flow/fineness surface, mechanical and outstanding gloss stability after re-extruded operation is achieved.
Use levels
1- 5% by weight
Curing schedule
180℃/20 min. or 190/15min (metal temperature).
