Characteristics

• Reduce coating melt-flow viscosity and improve resin binder to substrate wetting and pigment dispersing. Therefore, the smooth surface and better appearance can be obtained.
• Impart better degassing and less yellowing tendency as a substitute of benzoin. Especially, in combination with the cross-linking agent β-hydroxyalkylamide, i.e. AHA6552 provides more satisfied properties such as film thickness up to 100μm without air-bubble.
• Improved the anti-caking and sieve-passing of coating powder due to own lubricating character and prevent blockage of spray gun as well.
• Good anti-mar property.
