Description

AHA TXP801 is pre-mixed material for formulating clear-top powder coating with snowflake effect. The finished coating powder formulated by this pre-mixed material is very easy to spray on any pigmented primers (powder or liquid paint) and then baking this color plus clear-top dual coatings to form consistent snowflake pattern.

Operating instruction

Color primer coating

Any colored coating powder and/or stoving varnishes may be sprayed on appropriate metal and/or glass substrates as long as they could withstand to standard heat cure cycle, then baking to form semi to fully cured primer layer. The color tones are required to have high color strength contrast to white snowflakes, such as black, blue and red etc. The film thickness should be controlled within 30-50μm, the thinner, the better.
