AHA1041 is a tailor-made silicone surfactant with extremely low surface tension absorbed on silica base plus solid acrylic resin capable of providing powder coating with special textured finishes such as distinct ruptures and craters.

• Applicable to all kinds of interior & exterior based powder coatings with any film finishes included matt to high-gloss capable of providing distinct ruptures and craters or wrinkle.

• Comparison of conventional texture agent AHA1041 has so less surface tension and strongly disturbed effect that it provides distinct textured finishes possible on the matt film surface and applicable in cast iron or other big metallic work-pieces.

• Low use levels and consistent textured finishes.

• Post-addition recommended.
