AHA4104 is a modified wax-based additive used in a broad range of powder coatings. This product is recommended to be used as high effective degassing/anti-bubbling additive in powder coatings.

Application
- As high effective degassing agent/anti-bubbling additive for any powder coatings, esp. powder coated porous substrates such as cast iron, cast aluminum alloys etc.
- Black dead matte Matflex AHA90/HAA system to eliminate sunburst/starburst effects.
- Improved leveling/flow, surface fine/smoothness.
- Eliminate mottle/float spots liable to occur on film surface, esp.
- Two-package matte powder coatings formulated by dry blending way.
Use levels
As degassing agent/anti-bubbling additive, approx.0.7 or less by weight calculated on total formulation.
As surface performance modifier (SPM), approx.0.5-1.5 by weight calculated on total formulation.
