AHA7550 is a solid GMA acrylic resin capable of reacting carboxyl polyester to provide exterior durable powder coating with low gloss.

Application
AHA7550 can be mixed with various carboxyl functional polyester resins to formulate matte, one shot, and exterior durable polyester powder coatings with ranging from about 5 to 70% of low gloss.
Process & Mixing ratio
Added to formulation in pre-mixing stage, then extrusion; Mixing ratio AHA7550/polyester [AV.ca.34mgKOH/g] = 25-30/ 75 by weight parts.
